A life of luck isn’t randomly stumbling upon money on the floor, winning the lottery or getting all the green lights.

That’s just getting lucky — which can happen from time to time.

A life of luck is reserved for a special kind of person.

Someone who can create their own luck.

Someone who can make every day lucky by following these 2 simple principles.

Stop rolling the dice, and create a life of luck today.

Ingredient 1 — Positive action

“Luck is the result of the higher-order effects of your actions.”

Luck is not random, it’s Karmic.

The first ingredient to this delicious meal is creating opportunities for yourself by doing things that positively contribute to your life.

  • Genuinely networking will mean people think of you when a job opportunity arises
  • Spending time in places where other high performers are will introduce you to people who can change your life
  • Being a good person to everyone you meet will mean these people treat you well, and will think of you when any blessing comes along

Success isn’t about striking luck once, success is about giving yourself so many opportunities that one is bound to hit.

It’s swinging the odds in your favour by stacking up actions that positively contribute to your life.

When you land that dream job, or meet that person who changes your life, it’s wasn’t luck, it never was.

It was bound to happen.

You swung your bat with such precision that no matter how the forces of nature altered the path of the ball, one of them was bound to connect for a home-run.

When it comes to luck, always remember that it starts with action:

Ingredient 2 — positive aura (karmic law)

“The universe does not conspire against you, but it does conspire for you.

The universe is not working against you; it’s working for you, and your positive energy and intentions are the magnets that attract the favor.”

— Rhonda Byrne

Every unlucky person I’ve ever met has a negative energy/aura that surrounds them.

We all know someone like this.

They approach things from a pessimistic standpoint, and that is why they attract ‘unlucky’ things.

  • People are rude to them (because they are rude).
  • The world seems against them (because they are against the world)
  • Opportunities never present themselves (because they are closed off to the opportunities).

Everything is always negative toward them.

But is that person ever beaming with joy and positivity, bearing gifts and favours to those around them?

No — they’re always moping around and feeling sorry for themselves.

These people wonder why nobody wants to be around them, why everything seems to go bad and why life is seemingly rigged against them…

But isn’t it obvious?

When one thinks life is against them, one must ask oneself:

  • Do I light up a room?
  • Do I do good for others?
  • Do I uplift those around me?
  • Is my energy positive and full of joy?

Or do I dampen the mood, act selfishly, put others down and bring pessimism?

Because here’s the thing — here’s the big idea, the newsflash, the twist…

You aren’t a fish swimming in a lake, you are the lake, and the fish swim around you.

If you’re salty, you’ll bring saltwater fish; if you’re fresh, you’ll bring freshwater fish.

You are not victim to the random occurrences of life.

You are like a magnet who attracts energy similar to you — the same reason why being unapologetically yourself will attract your type of person.

Remember, matter cannot be created or destroyed.

The universe can only output what you input.

The ingredient to avoid at all costs (stop creating bad luck)

“The easiest way to reduce your misfortune is to stop doing things with an objectively negative outcome. Emphasis on ‘objective.’

Most of the misery you experience can be avoided if you simply learn to delay gratification, plan for the future, and how to be uncomfortable.”

The final step is to actively avoid doing things to put yourself in a sticky situation.

Is it really ‘unlucky’ when you ask for a card on 20 in a game of Blackjack and go bust?

Or is it unlucky that you parked in an illegal spot and got a ticket?

Is it unlucky when you invest all your liquid cash into a high-risk asset and you lose it all?

…I suppose it’s also unlucky to jump from a plane with no parachute and not stumble upon one on your way to the ground…

You must be sensible to cultivate a life of luck.

Unfortunate accident + lack of insurance = “bad luck”.

You have car insurance for when something unfortunate happens — and you must have insurance in all parts of life.

I’ve been that guy way too many times in my life.

Countless things that weren’t my fault but the lack of insurance cost me big time.

So take it from me — be wise and always have a safety net.

Don’t leave your life up to dice rolls.

A summary of the recipe

Now, putting all the parts together — to be lucky, you must:

  1. Use positive action over a prolonged period, stack up wins and benefit from compound interest
  2. Resonate positive frequencies and create an uplifting aura that the universe can’t help but reward
  3. Avoid things that actively decrease your ‘luck’, and make sure you have a safety net for situations you can’t avoid.

Stop leaving your life to chance.

Go out there and make the luckiest life possible.

Create a life that conspires in your favour.

And watch what the universe gives you.
